Using Pilates principles, High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) Pilates is a challenging, full-body, low impact, high-intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat with bodyweight exercises. HIIT Pilates strengthens core muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. You can also choose to add hand weights and bands if you want that little bit more.

It’s done to awesome music, which makes it fun and motivating. Because the class is small we can work on your specific issues and goals.
